| Details: It would be easy as you could simply buy the fruits that are in season & thus they would be cheaper & thus your menu would change during the year hence making it more interesting. This would best be done in summer but could have a market in winter as well as it is a healthy substitute to soft drinks & would be fresh, not processed. There is a market too as there are only a few juice bars around & they are all in air-conditioned malls or the airports - not catering to the heat of summer outside (when it is summer of course). These bars could be set up in a small shop near beaches etc. Would not be that costly to set up either. |
