July 29th 2008: Our property project is going well and the contract has now been extended.
We have also been hired to develop a new fundraising programme for Greenpeace NZ. This is a 3 month contract which aims to develop a new fundraising channel which could be rolled out nationally and then potentially internationally.
We are running an auction on Trademe which is proving to be very interesting. We are auctioning off 1% of my3P to bring in new brain power. The auction has had interest from web development companies and from advertising agency executives. We plan to run further auctions to bring in more skills.
June 21st 2008: Good training week with Salesforce Vodafone project. 5 sales first day. not a record but good for sure. good product. I suspect we can improve systems.
Also taking on property project on hourly contract. solid company with good 10 year track record.

June 13th 2008: A couple of bits of good news today.
First, income! We Help have taken on a new sales contract with Vodafone to promote its landline and internet services. It is estimated the contract could generate and extra 200k to 300k for the company in the 1st year..
Second, We Help is taking on the marketing for our property management company called MiCasaaa formed in 2006. The company currently has equity of 200k on its 1.5 million dollar properties and generates over $3500 per week from its rent-by-room houses and flatmates management services. It is estimated that the partnership will enable MiCasaaa to get up to 100 properties in the Auckland region over the next 12-18 months with We Help getting access to subsidised accomodation for its team.
That's it for today. Keep you posted.

May 25, 2008: Roy here. My first today. and i think it's a good day for a merger. So i'm fusing together two companies. 3P Ventures (my3P.com) and We Help Ltd (wehelp.com).
University of Auckland Spark 2004 runner up 3P Ventures known as myKidsBiz or my3P, provides youth with an online lifeskills and entrepreneurship community. It has raised over $150,000 to date from investors, has over 1000 youth in the programme and over 100 NZ schools involved.
WeHelp provide telesales and crm to clients which have included the University of Auckland Business School, a share boat ownership programme called Dreamboats, and a global health juice manufacturer called Monavie. WeHelp has had income of over $2 million dollars since its inception in May of 2000.
The combination simplifies their shared ownership structure and provides improved income stream and access to capital by providing WeHelps proven sales channel with the exciting online community of my3P. My goal is for the merger to speed up both companies shared mission of developing profitable businesses that help people and the planet, environmentally, socially, and economically.
The new partnership combines not-for-profit passions with the for-profit corporate strategies for global growth and increasing returns.
Neither company or me as the founder have any money to speak of so income is our next priority.
More info to come... Roy |
