| Details: Sausage sizzles and BBQs are part of the Kiwi tradition. $1 sausage sizzles at schools and as fundraisers are quite common. However if you were to "jazz" the sausage sizzle up a bit by using maybe European or Asian flavours, people may be willing to pay more than if they were buying an ordinary sausage with tomato sauce. e.g. Chorizo sausage with a napoletana sauce. Would be an exciting difference. |
