Members should get points for every month they are active
I've been on this site for a short while but I've already seen a drop in involvement levels from some of the members who seemed very active when I started. If my3P issued a 1000 points, for example, every month, then members who have been on the site a long while will have their interest maintained and those who were interested before and have now lost interest may have the incentive to be interested in my3P again. |

People should be allowed to give suggestions for new idea topic categories!!!
The few categories that we currently have to vote on, create ideas on, and so on are quite restrictive because they do not allow members to go outside the square. A suggestion box for new topics could be put in and every week, there could be a new question added by popularity. People would be able to vote on which questions they think are good, and this would simply be more enjoyable and a better learning experience as people are more involved |

Add more "BE THE EXPERT FOR YOUR BUSINESS" projects
At the moment, there are a few but most of them are already in progress. Maybe if a new one was added every fortnight or month, it would give members more opportunities to take up the tasks & thus more chances to gain points. |

easier to get points for younger users
My3p should have easier projects for the younger users....I got my little cousin to sign up and he only gained a few points. They should also have some more interesting projects and have a difficulty level. The more harder it is the more points you get. |
