Have a new page with goals of successful entrepreneurs when they were young
There should be a new section to motivate and provide direction for members looking to set challenging goals. This would include the goals of some of the most successful entrepreneurs like Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Donald Trump and NZ examples like Michael Hill and Stephen Tindall. It could also include their current goals so that we would have an idea of where we may be eventually trying to get to. |

Add a page that teaches people how to set goals
I think there was an article on goal-setting but I don't think that it was sufficient or of that great a standard and lacked the penchant necessary to make it a good piece of teaching. Thus if my3P made one up, then it would further help the cause of members looking to set goals that will be worthwhile setting & will help them in the future - whatever that future may be. |

Let members submit their own photos for the pictures next to the goals
By visualisng the goal they have in mind e.g. an A in their exam paper, they may be more driven to reach their goals as it is a method used by sports psychologists. Thus if we were able to submit relevant images to our goals, then we would be able to reach our goals more easily & would make the GOALS section better. |

In the "GOALS" section, add how we are going to reach those outcome goals
At the moment we are only able to write what we want to get but not how we are going to get them. Outcome goals are good e.g. want to buy a car that costs $3000 but we need to set process goals, e.g. buy saving $150 a week from work pay, that will help us get there. Process goals are just as important if we want to attain our ultimate goal. If we added this to our outcome goal, then we could get points for every process goal we complete & then a point for our outcome goal as well. Thus, by adding process goals, our outcome goals will be achieved more often as we will know how we are going to achieve them. Good details listed to state clear and realistic goals, but no clear way of stating how you will achieve them. Setting a few action steps will help people become aware of what they have to do to achieve their goals. |
