How can we encourage more my3P members to make real money by setting up their own businesses? Why?

Secondly: By running a business you learn skills you just can't get from books.
Thirdly: By babysitting, cutting peoples grass, or doing just about any business you are helping people and that makes a difference.

Details: Have a incentive system that gives you points when your business makes your first $1, $10, $50, $100, $250 etc. Each user should have a home page visible to all about their business/businesses and after each job they do give a detailed report on what they did; how much they charged; how long they worked for, etc. This would encourage members of the community to make money from their own businesses.
